Select Save Changes after editing. If the editor detects no changes, it does not create a download.
The edited avatar data is sent to the server for encryption and returned as a .avatar download. The suggested filename keeps your original name and adds _edited before .avatar, without adding it twice. Your browser controls where the download is saved.
Keep the original file and load the edited copy in 3DXChat to check the result.
